Market Update

There were no changes in interest rates the past week.  Fixed and variable rate mortgages remain unchanged.

There was a positive announcement by CMHC in how they treat rental income(legal units) in owner occupied homes up to a 4 plex.  For more details, see the attached article.

The next meeting with the Bank of Canada is on Sept 9, 2015.
